The Opportunity

Position: Director of Business Development

Responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers who are accountable to sell and manage National Chain and Key account business. Ensures the needs of all clients are met to the standards of the Company and to the complete satisfaction of the client. Responsible for increasing Company’s market share of profitable accounts including National Chain and Key accounts. Responsible for fostering and promoting a mutually beneficial relationship between Operations, the Key Account Management team and our clients.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team focused on selling large accounts with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent English, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills.
  • French written and verbal communication skills would be considered beneficial.
  • Strong sales skills with knowledge of the complete sales cycle.
  • Experience selling directly to medium and large businesses.
  • Proven success fostering relationships between Business Development and Operations
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar CRM platform.
